For Thea, we generally give players a choice when they're in a circumstance like that - either they can arrive fully healed by Hope, or they can arrive in the state they were in at their canon point and rely on plotting with other players and in-game actions to resolve it.

For Luna, we do prefer minimal amounts of headcanon in apps if possible, but we take it on a case-by-case basis. It probably would not be a problem!
