Dropping these here because I've got a few questions!

So in light of the fact that they might end up in a tundra someday, Carlisle is planning on basically turning his area of the park into a big, magical greenhouse via abjuration wards and glyphs. To do this, said glyphs they have to be somewhat permanent. His plan is to scrounge up a many rocks and small boulders as they can from the islands and the sea floor, meld them together via magic into basically a curb that goes around the perimeter of the garden (and maybe the memorial garden if it seems like it'll work), then carve the shielding glyphs (what would essentially form a barrier for this magical greenhouse) into them.

He's got folks he can ask to move rocks and ways to etch glyphs into the stone, and now that he's not super dying, he has the energy to actually maintain it. It wouldn't have a real impact on the city at large, save for a note that there's this one green area still in the park. He already had glyphs to water the place when they were in the desert, so this would just be an extension of that.

a. Is this cool? It's not going to trash any plots or anything for the park area, will it? And the area would still be open for folks to come in and whatnot - they just have to step through the magical barrier, which can be instructed to let living beings through while keeping out the cold. It'd be basically a big ward of protection from the elements.

b. If that is okay to work on plot-wise, are there stones in the ocean he can use, too? Glacius can swim and carry at least some sizable bits up at a time, so if there aren't enough on the islands and cliffs, I thought they might supplement that way.

Thanks in advance, mods! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to bungle up anything and that details lined up with the world before getting him into any concrete plans for the month!
