In terms of teleportation, we typically allow inner city teleportation, while nerfing any form of it that may go beyond the city and/or to other dimensions, should these dimensions be used in a way that breaks the character free from the setting. Teleporting within the city using Kado would be permissible, as is using it for storage.

However, in terms of replicating items- again, we would allow it to a certain extent. Food, most weapons, and various materials would be fine, but living beings would not be. We trust folks to be pretty understanding about what may or may not be gamebreaking, and please do let us know if you have any questions about specific items at any point!
