Null technology is very advanced and not likely to be compatible with Nick's, especially since it's from an entirely different race and type of development. They could certainly try to upgrade him, but there is a good chance it would interact poorly with his current systems. In addition, depending on what parts were used to upgrade him, there may be other effects. Null tech within him could essentially serve as a 'back door' for the Null, since there is currently no way to completely override the programming within it.

Null hardware and software is sophisticated enough that it would be impossible to separate a pure memory drive from other functions without thorough knowledge of the Null's makeup, which no character would be able to obtain in the reasonable future.
