There are no roses in the orchard, only unfamiliar and alien plants. It's possible that someone in the city has managed to find and cultivate roses, but unlikely. He'd have to ask around - but we know that Carlisle Longinmouth and Adam Parrish are both involved with the orchard, and may be a good place to start.
