FEAR lingeringfear Fear is the one who brought all characters, monsters, and horrible things into Hadriel by opening the Door. This was intentional, as he gains power through character fear and wants everyone's lives to be as chaotic and horrific as possible. Don't take it too personally, though- how else is he supposed to get stronger? RAGE firstreturned Rage was the first of the dead gods resurrected, and doesn't appear to have any loyalty to either Hope or Fear. While she's equally disinterested in helping with the day to day living for the inhabitants of Hadriel, she's entertained enough to assist with little things like providing weapons for them to hurt monsters and each other with. SORROW thirdreturned As the third god brought back to life in Hadriel, Sorrow is likely the most level-headed god and refuses to get involved in Fear and Hope's conflict, preferring cold logic to the heat of emotion. He is both the eldest and one of the more powerful gods, but is often apathetic toward the plight of the people trapped in the city. CONFUSION fourthreturned Confusion was the fourth of the resurrected gods. It's unclear if she's even aware of Hope and Fear's conflict as she regards everything with a combative and dismissive air, including the problems of those living in Hadriel. She is distinctly unkind and sees little use for people beyond the emotion they can provide her and her kin.

HOPE lingeringhope Hope directly opposes Fear in nearly all things. He's the one who restored the city for its new inhabitants, the one who brings in food and other things necessary to survival, and - perhaps most important - the one who brings them back if they die. His ultimate goal is to bring the other gods back to life, and he is willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen. LOVE lastreturned Love was the final god resurrected. They chose not to take a human form, instead using the gods' original appearance. They are boisterous and carefree, friendly but uninterested in coddling humans or mediating the disputes of their companions. However, Love does openly support Fear, claiming that their emotions have a few things in common. DELIGHT secondreturned As the first god to die in the initial attacks and the second to be revived after the Door was opened, Delight put on a happy face when surrounded by the newcomers to Hadriel. However, her pessimism and fear of annihilation lead to her selling out her comrades to the enemy. She is now imprisoned. TRANQUILITY fifthreturned Tranquility was brought back fifth - second to last - but he doesn't seem particularly bothered by that. In fact, he doesn't seem particularly bothered by anything, having an easygoing and agreeable nature. Hope and Fear's feud is treated with the same lack of concern. There could be something more going on - or maybe he's just very chill.
